Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement.
Order changes and cancellations. Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
