A Simple Nighttime Routine for Men

The best routine is the one you actually keep. Most nighttime routines fail because they're too long, too complicated, or built from random products that don't work together. Here's a three-stage system that takes minutes.

Stage 1: Prepare (30–60 minutes before bed)

  • Put on evening glasses for your last stretch of screen time — use them as a cue that the day is ending.
  • Set tomorrow's clothes out. Put your phone on the nightstand, face down.

Stage 2: Recover (lights out)

  • Apply an AIR nasal strip: wash and dry the nose, center the strip, press for 20 seconds.
  • Mask on. BLACKOUT keeps the room's light out of the equation.
  • Your SURFACE pillowcase does its work all night, every night.

Stage 3: Reset (2 minutes after waking)

  • Take the chilled RESET roller from the fridge and roll outward across your face for one to two minutes to help reduce the appearance of morning puffiness.

That's the whole system. No ten-step program — just consistency.
